Welcome to Culinartist! I'm Ms. Nikki and I am so grateful that you have taken the time to check us out! Here teens and juniors will find a space where they can create with food freely, that is of course after some essential foundations have been learned. The goal is for them to have fun, expand their palate, and have skills and tools that will encourage them to create meals and treats at home!
My Story
My culinary adventure started at a young age and began to blossom as I developed skills and culinary insight at Le Cordon Bleu Chicago! Life took me on an amazing detour into the healthcare industry, where I've been passionately caring for others for the past 18 years. But no matter what, my love for cooking always remained in the forefront of my mind. I couldn't resist diving into self-study, sharing a dish with family, taking a cooking class with a friend, contributing to a potluck, or my very favorite, teaching my children. I'm so excited to invite others to join me on this exciting new journey!
